Homeopathic Doctor Mumtaz Ali Riaz qualified his DHMS in Year-1987 from Punjab Homeopathic Medical College Faisalabad Punjab Pakistan. His father Homeopathic Doctor Riaz Ali was in homeopathic practice since 30 years so after college time he started with his father to gain experience of his life time homeopathy practice under guidance and experienced hands.He kindly taught him life experience up to Year-1990.

In Year-1990 Government of Punjab in Health Department at THQ Hospital Chiniot there was an vacancy of “Homeopathic Doctor” alongwith orthox doctors vacancies so Homeopathic Doctor Mumtaz Ali joined government service as “Homeopathic Doctor” and started public service using homeopathy system of medicine soon Homeopathy Department of THQ Hospital Chiniot later became part of DHQ Hospital Chiniot and same way services of Homeopathic Doctor Mumtaz Ali remained there.

In October 2022, he got retirement as Homeopathic Medical Officer after serving 32 years in government hospital Homeopathy Department/Clinic in OPD with profile of more than 0.6 million patients having been under his homeopathic prescriptions during this period of his service. During his government service as Homeopathic Doctor/Homeopathic Medical Officer he was blessed by ALLAH to people at large in local community with highest satisfaction rate and trust. One beautiful combination of government hospital remained that there were orthodox kind of healtcare professional services like Surgeons,WMO,MO,Dental Surgeons,All kind of specialists also there was Homeopathy Department and public was free by choice to have treatment option Allopathy/Homeopathy so under this enviornment of healthcare homeopathy department gained best repute among public at large and people always used as alternative system of treatment.
